Return and Refund Policy
At IraRobi Quilts, we want you to love your purchase. We carefully inspect and package every order before it ships. If we make a mistake or your order arrives damaged, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns only if we shipped the wrong item, the item is defective, or it arrived damaged. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the item.
Reporting a Problem
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order at irarobiquilts@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the item and packaging if applicable.
Please do not cut, wash, use, or alter the item before contacting us, as this may affect our ability to evaluate your claim. For shipping damage or lost orders, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Additional Return Information
Fabric Cuts
All fabric is cut specifically for your order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless we made an error, the fabric is defective, or it arrived damaged.
Handmade Items
Small variations in stitching, quilting, piecing, and fabric placement are part of the unique character of each handmade piece and are not considered defects.
Fabric Measurements
We measure and cut as accurately as possible and include a little extra yardage when possible. Slight variations within normal industry tolerances are not considered defects.
Product Colors
Actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor, tablet, or mobile device settings. Minor color variations are not considered defects.
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect: clearance and sale items, digital downloads, opened quilt kits, and gift cards.
Resolution
Each claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may replace the item, issue a full or partial refund, request the item be returned before processing, or offer another appropriate resolution. When the issue is due to our error or a defective item, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label when appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the claim is resolved. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, contact us at irarobiquilts@gmail.com.
Quilt Show Purchases
We love meeting customers at quilt shows and in-person events! Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all in-person sales are final. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 3 calendar days so we can make it right.
