Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with IraRobi Quilts! We take great care in packaging every order and strive to ship your purchase quickly and safely.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the Continental United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Addresses

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses — orders with a P.O. Box address may be delayed while we contact you for a physical street address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship.

Shipping Carriers

Our primary carrier is USPS. Depending on size, weight, destination, or cost efficiency, we may also ship via UPS or FedEx. Shipping options at checkout reflect standard USPS rates.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard USPS Priority Mail: $10.40 (up to ~5–7 yards in a Flat Rate Envelope)
  • Larger finished items (quilts, table runners, pillows, etc.): $17.00–$23.90 depending on size, weight, and destination
  • Checkout rates are estimates and may be adjusted to reflect actual shipping costs
  • Free standard shipping on fabric, patterns, quilt kits, books, batting, and notions totaling $125 or more
  • Handmade quilts and oversized finished items are not eligible for free shipping
  • When an order includes both qualifying and oversized items, shipping applies only to the oversized item(s)
  • Rates are subject to change based on current carrier pricing

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days
  • Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day
  • During quilt shows or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you of significant delays

Delivery

USPS Priority Mail typically delivers in 2–3 business days after shipment. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Shipping Damage or Loss

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us immediately at irarobiquilts@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the package, shipping label, and damaged item(s). Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims are reviewed case-by-case and may result in a replacement, refund, or other remedy. Additional insurance is available upon request at the customer's expense.
