Return Window
You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition as received:

For fabric and craft supplies: unwashed, uncut, and unused.

For other products: unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, altered, or not in original condition may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items such as cut-to-order fabric, clearance or sale items, digital downloads, and opened quilt kits cannot be returned.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at irarobiquilts@gmail.com within 10 days of receipt.
Returns must be sent to:
IraRobi Quilts, 801 Stadium Drive, Boone, North Carolina, 28607.
Please package your return securely and use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is denied, the item will be returned to you or disposed of, depending on the circumstances.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.
Damages and Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items to us within 3 calendar days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
