We will be happy to replace or refund any defective or incorrect item.  Please contact us within 10 days after receipt of the order for details.  Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee; original shipping and return shipping are not refundable. All sales from our clearance categories, or items otherwise reduced from regular retail prices may not be returned.
